The item I like is sold out. Will you make more?
All ready-made jewellery is one of a kind due to the nature of the sea glass and stones used, so it cannot be replicated. However, if there is a design you like, please get in touch and I can recreate the design using different stones/glass.
I found sea glass on holiday and would like it made into a piece of jewellery. What’s the process?
I LOVE this idea, and it is actually how my silversmithing journey began.
If you’ve found some pieces beach combing, the first thing to do is pop me an email including photos of the pieces and a description of the type of jewellery you had in mind so we can start the ball rolling.
I aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours
Please note: I will not copy another designer’s work.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
I aim to dispatch your items within 7-14 working days of your order being placed for ready-made items and 2-4 weeks for custom pieces.
This period may change during peak times.
If you have an urgent enquiry, do get in touch before placing your order, and we can discuss express options.
Delivery Times:
Standard UK Delivery
Items will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You will receive your tracking number once the item has been shipped.
Standard International Delivery
Items will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked International Service. You will receive your tracking number once the item has been shipped. Delivery times vary
Please note that once your item has been dispatched, it is in the hands of Royal Mail.
I need to change my order. What do I do?
If you wish to amend your order, please get in touch via email: tzenandbloomstudio@gmail.com with your order name and order number within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this time period, I cannot guarantee your changes can be accommodated as your order may be being processed.
Will I receive the item that is pictured?
All items are handmade, so exact details may vary. That’s the great thing about Tzen and Bloom Studio, everything is handcrafted, making every piece as unique as you!
Do you accept returns?
I hope you are completely happy with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied and would like to talk about returns, please get in touch via email tzenandbloomstudio@gmail.com, and we can discuss the issue and come to an agreement on how best to address it.
Items will not be considered if they have been worn.
